Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

Your quote will automatically include any quantity discounts, if applicable, and your delivery fee.
Once you have decided you want to go ahead with your order it’s simple:
1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.
If you prefer you can pay by BACS.
Please note orders under 25sqm may incur a surcharge.

Featuring artisan brushstrokes and pastel colours on a cement background these tiles are full of decorative charm and the 22.3 x 22.3 format perfect for adding a splash of design to floors and walls.
This gem of a collection is a perfect pick if you are looking to add a little pattern to your room. Â The lovely cement matt finish coupled with a subtle mix of pattern adds a muted yet playful vibe to spaces. The hand drawn designs include linear strokes aswell as little motif patterns. The two colourways include a fresh soft pink/grey/taupe combination as well as an earthy pallet of charcoal/taupe/grey/brown tones.
Motif is ideal for walls and floors and marries up so well with many of our other feature tiles including Adore and Smitten. Or pair up with our concrete and cement effect porcelain tiles as well as many of our wood effect porcelain planks.
