Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

Your quote will automatically include any quantity discounts, if applicable, and your delivery fee.
Once you have decided you want to go ahead with your order it’s simple:
1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.
If you prefer you can pay by BACS.
Please note orders under 25sqm may incur a surcharge.
Metro porcelain tiles tick all the boxes. This is an elegant, well-price and quality porcelain tile collection in three beautifully balanced shades – Silver, Grey and Bone. The soft finish gives these tiles a lovely warm, textural feel.
The collection is exquisitely simple in design and the three shades make a wonderful canvas for walls and floors. Metro Bone is an off-white-cream porcelain tile that is perfect for both contemporary and more rustic settings and works with woods, charcoals, greys as well as natural materials like jutes and hessians. The elegant Metro Silver is a light silver-grey in tone and a perfect canvas for ground floors and bathrooms, as is the slightly darker Metro Grey.
These cement look porcelain tile collection is very versatile and can be used on walls and floors and is compatible with underfloor heating. Available in two sizes, the collection includes a 600 x 600mm smaller format tile and a larger format 900 x 900mm. Both sizes are suitable for walls and floors.
These high-quality Spanish porcelain tiles are exceptionally durable. They are hard wearing, scratch and stain resistant which makes them great for busy homes. They are easy to clean and rectified tile edges allow for minimal grout lines, creating a sleek and seamless appearance.
The collection also features an Antislip co-ordinating tile in 9mm thickness for external areas or areas requiring higher grip. These porcelain tiles are R12 A+B+C rated with a rough surface texture.
