Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

Your quote will automatically include any quantity discounts, if applicable, and your delivery fee.
Once you have decided you want to go ahead with your order it’s simple:
1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.
If you prefer you can pay by BACS.
Please note orders under 25sqm may incur a surcharge.

The Antislip Soft R11 A+ B+C finish and rating gives these tiles a lovely tactile texture that also means they are ideal for areas requiring a higher slip rating. At the same time they are super easy to clean so ongoing maintenance is a breeze.
Docklands porcelain tiles bring cool industrial, contemporary design to spaces. An exceptionally well-specified colour palette of White, Grey, Beige and Charcoal shades can work individually for simple and stylish design. Â Or you can mix up this collection on walls and floors allowing you to keep the same cement look and feel across spaces whilst introducing different colours. Â The soft touch matt finish adds depth and warmth to interiors for a lovely, cozy feel.
Docklands is designed to be super versatile. There are three sizes in the collection including 600 x 600mm, 900 x 900mm and 1200 x 600mm formats. This cement look tile collection can be used on walls and floors inside the home and is compatible with underfloor heating. The addition of three ceramic cement porcelain tile options for walls makes Docklands a ready-made solution for bathrooms.Â
