Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

Your quote will automatically include any quantity discounts, if applicable, and your delivery fee.
Once you have decided you want to go ahead with your order it’s simple:
1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.
If you prefer you can pay by BACS.
Please note orders under 25sqm may incur a surcharge.
Bliss is a beautiful set of porcelain large stone tiles that are Tuscan inspired. This elegant collection includes 4 distinct shades including a crisp White, warm toned Sand, stylish Grey aswell as a rich Charcoal – all with a gorgeously subtle stone veining across the tile surface.
These Spanish porcelain large stone tiles are cleverly designed to mimic real stone. The latest tile technology has been used to produce a set of porcelains that are ultra realistic in look and feel.
Bliss is a wonderfully versatile collection that is compatible with underfloor heating. Â The four tones compliment each other and can therefore be used on their own or together for added interest. White and Grey co-ordinate beautifully together, as do Bliss Beige and White or for a moodier colour palette try teaming up Grey and Charcoal.
As with all our porcelain tiles, Bliss is a high-quality, hardwearing, porcelain tile collection that has been designed with great attention to detail and in a colour palette perfect for contemporary and traditional settings.
The Bliss collection also includes 2 larger formats 900 x 900mm and 1200 x 600mm in an Antislip Soft finish with an R11 A+B+C slip rating. This wonderfully tactile texture combines an extra-smooth surface with an anti-slip finish and means these tiles can be used extensively throughout the home as well as outside.
